
No. 6 Cornell On Tap For Women's Squash This Saturday

NEW YORK – The No. 11 Columbia women's squash team will compete in its first road match of the season on Saturday, Dec. 7 as they travel to Ithaca, N.Y. to take on No. 6 Cornell. The 11 a.m. contest will mark the start of Ivy League play for the Lions and will dawn its first of several top-10 opponents this season. Columbia will enter Cornell at 1-0, following a 7-2 win over No. 14 George Washington.
ABOUT CORNELL
Cornell has proven to be one of the top teams already this season following back-to-back wins over tough opponents to start the season. The Big Red are 2-0 after opening the year with a 9-0 win over No. 19 Drexel and another impressive 7-2 victory over No. 7 Stanford.
