Notes
NEW YORK - The last two home duals of the season are set for the Columbia wrestling team, when Princeton and Penn travel up I-95 for two Ivy League and EIWA matches this weekend. Both duals will be broadcasted on the Ivy League Digital Network, with the Princeton match coming on Friday at 6 p.m., and the Penn match the following day at 7 p.m.
SENIOR MATCH
Prior to the match with Penn, Columbia will honor its seven seniors who have spent four years with the program. The class includes Wyatt Baker, Penn Gottfried, Shane Hughes, Matt Idelson, Ryan Ponte, Chad Ryan, and Ben Villaret.
CATCH THE ACTION
Fans unable to attend the home duals can catch the action on the Ivy League Digital Network. Mike Torriero and Greg Tanenbaum will be on the call for the matches on ildn.tv. Live stats will be available on TrackWrestling.
COLUMBIA AGAINST
The Lions seek revenge this weekend, having dropped duals against Penn and Princeton last year. The Tigers topped Columbia 18-16 a year ago in a Princeton home dual, despite a 5-5 split in match victories. In another road loss, Penn got by Columbia, 24-10, just a day later.

THE FRONHOFER RECORD
Carl Fronhofer has enjoyed success against Princeton, but has yet to crack the win column against Penn. Under Fronhofer, the Lions are 2-1 against the Tigers, and 0-3 against the Quakers. In his first season at the helm, Columbia came close, dropping a 19-18 match at Penn.
LAST TIME OUT
Columbia was unable to earn a match victory against No. 6 Cornell, when the Big Red knocked off the Lions, 38-0, in the Blue Gym. The win for Cornell earned the team the Ivy League title.
EIWA SEASON
Columbia is now 3-3 on the season against teams from the Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA). After this weekend, Harvard and Brown still remain for Columbia, as both schools represent the EIWA and the Ivy League. The EIWA Championships are slated for March 7-8, hosted by Lehigh.
