NEW YORK, N.Y. — No. 7 Columbia women's squash suffered its first loss of the season to No. 2 Trinity on Wednesday afternoon, 9-0 at SL Green StreetSquash.
Tanvi Khanna went down 0-2 to Trinity's Raneem Sharaf in the number one spot but battled back to tie the match at two. Khanna fell in a close fifth set, 11-8, for her first loss of the season.
The Lions return to action this weekend for Ivy league matches as they host Dartmouth and Harvard on Saturday and Sunday.
