NEW YORK – The nation's oldest wrestling program is pleased to announce its 2025-26 schedule. Columbia will once again feature dual matches and tournaments against some of the top teams in the country. The Lions will host six events this season, culminating with the Ivy League Championship in March.
Year two under Andrew F. Barth Head Coach of Wrestling Donny Pritzlaff begins on Sunday, November 9 when the Lions travel to Bethlehem, Pa., to participate in the Journeyman Collegiate Classic. Columbia wraps up its early-season road trip with dual matches at Indian on November 14 and Hofstra on November 16.
The Lions make their home debut on November 21 when they host Big Ten foe Michigan at Levien Gymnasium. Columbia wraps up its busy November slate with a trip to West Point, N.Y., to participate in the Black Knight Invite hosted by Army.
December begins with the Lions participating in the Cliff Keen Invite in Las Vegas on Dec. 5 and 6. Columbia will wrap up the 2025 year by taking on Rider and Clarion at Rider on Sunday, December 21.
January will see the Lions participate in seven events. They ring in the new year taking on LIU on January 3. Six days later, Columbia will participate in the Franklin & Marshall Open on January 9.
The first home date of the new year will be against Morgan State on January 16. Following that, the Lions will begin Ivy League play with three road dates, starting with a dual against Princeton on January 23, Penn on January 25, and a split dual against Cornell and Arizona State on January 31.
Columbia wraps up the regular season with three straight home dates, starting with a duel against Harvard on February 14, followed by a date with Brown on February 15. The Lions host Bucknell on February 22 to finish the regular season.
The Lions will host the second annual Ivy League Tournament on Sunday, March 8. From there, NCAA qualifiers will travel to Cleveland, Ohio, for the 2026 NCAA Championships, which will take place March 19-21.
