INDIANAPOLIS — Columbia fencing will send a full roster of 12 competitors to the 2025 NCAA Championships. The Lions and Notre Dame are the only schools with a full allotment of fencers at the event.

A total of 18 Lions were eligible to compete, and the Columbia coaching staff determined the final selections. This year's championships, hosted by Penn State University at [insert location] in University Park, Pennsylvania, will feature 144 fencers.
Seven of the Columbia fencers have NCAA Championship experience, six have earned All-America honors at least once.
An institution's place finish in the championships will be based on points earned by each individual. A team will be awarded one point for each victory by its student-athletes during the round-robin competition.
The 2024 NCAA Championships will be held from March 20-23. The men's competition will be held from March 20-21, followed by the women's tournament from March 22-23.
