Opened the season finishing second at the New York State Championships (Nov. 18), recorded three straight wins, starting with a win via fall (2:35) over Russell March (Niagara CC), a 9-6 win over Sam Weinger (RIT) and a 13-2 victory against Jeff Lombardi (SUNY-Oswego) ... Placed second at the Mat Town Open (Nov. 25), knocking off Kolby Franklin (St. Joe's), 3-2 and Joe Scott (Bucknell), 9-2 ... Won first-career dual match with 5-1 win over Alex Donahue from George Mason (Jan. 10) ... Snagged first-career win in a EIWA match with 2-1 win over Prince Hyeamang (American) on Jan. 12 ...
