Columbia women's soccer captain Rachel Biondolillo was a key-note student speaker at the 84th Annual Varsity 'C' Awards Event in Roone Arledge Auditorium in Alfred E. Lerner Hall. More than 600 student-athletes, alumni, university officials, athletics staff, parents and friends attended the event, which is held in honor of the efforts of all of Columbia's student-athletes.

Biondolillo, who scored the game winning overtime goal to secure the Lions' ECAC Championships, delieved her speech entitled "A New Golden Era for Columbia Athletics". Below is the attachment to the text of the speech.
