NEW YORK -- Nick Rudd, who broke the school record for career field goals and accounted for all Columbia's points in a 9-6 win over Dartmouth, has been named the Ivy League's Special Teams Player of the Week.
Rudd hit a season-long 39-yarder in the first quarter, tied the school record with the 20th of his career on a 31-yarder in the second quarter, then hit the game-winner with his 21st in the fourth quarter.
The senior from Orinda, Calif. also ranks fifth on the school's career extra-points list.
