- Do you need a ticket for each game?
- Yes, each game of the tournament will require a single game ticket. All sales are final. Changes to ticket orders based on final seeding/team elimination will not be available.
- Can I stay for the following game?
- Levien Gymnasium will be cleared at the conclusion of each game. If you have tickets for the following game, you must exit the building and rescan in for any additional game you have tickets.
- You must leave immediately at the conclusion of the game whether you have tickets or not for the next game.
- All-Tournament Package Holders:
- You must leave immediately at the conclusion of the game and re-enter the building.
- Please proceed to the bike rack line located along the building on 120th street for re-entry.
- How can I purchase tickets online?

- Are tickets available on the secondary market?
- Visit TicketSmarter (click here) and search "Ivy League Basketball Tournament" to review the options to buy and sell your tickets.

- Can I sell tickets I do not plan on using?
- Yes. Columbia & the Ivy League recommend using Tickersmarter (click here) for all tickets you do not intend to use and would like to re-sell.
- Selling unused tickets onsite will not be permitted.
- Does my child need a ticket?
- All persons 2 years of age or older are required to have a ticket.
- How can I purchase group tickets?
- Group tickets are not currently available. For more information please call 1-888-LIONS-11.
- Can I purchase tickets at the door?
- Game day ticket sales will be at the ticket office located at the entrance to Levien Gymnasium based on availability.
- Accepted payments include cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
- Checks, money orders, and any form of electronic wallet/tap to pay (Apple Pay) are not accepted.
- Are student tickets available?
- Each qualifying institution receives a limited quantity of student tickets. Please reach out to your athletic department for any student requests.
- Student discounts are not available.
- Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

- Each person (sender/receiver) must have a Columbia ticket account.
- Ticket transfers from secondary market purchases are not applicable by this method.

- What time do the doors open?
- Doors for seating will open 1 hour prior to tip-off of the first game of each day.
- Doors will open for the Women's Semifinal #2, Men's Semifinal #2 and Women's Championship once the gym is cleared from the previous game.
- Can I reenter once I leave?
- Once you successfully scan into the venue, you are free to roam around for merchandise, concessions, bathroom, etc. without re-scanning your tickets.
- Once you leave the venue to go outside on the curb/street there is no re-entry.
Accessibility:
- Is there accessible seating available?
- For all accessible seating inquiries please call 1-888-LIONS-11 prior to arriving at the gym. ADA seating is extremely limited and must be coordinated in advance of the game.
- Are concessions available?
- Yes. Concessions will be located in two areas
- Primary concessions will be 1 floor up in the same building as the entrance to Levien Gymnasium.
- Secondary concessions including snacks, candy, and drinks will be located in Levien Gymnasium lobby.

- Is there a place to store my bags/stroller/wheelchair?
- There is no bag storage at the Ivy League Tournament.
- Strollers will not be permitted.
- Those who have ADA needs should contact the ticket office at 888-LIONS-11.
Location & Travel:
- Where is the gym located?
- Schiller Court at Levien Gymnasium is located at 3030 Broadway New York, NY 10027 on the corner of 120th & Broadway.
- Where can I enter?
- All ticketed patrons must enter the building entrance on the corner of 120th and Broadway.
- Traveling by car?
- Parking is available on local streets and in private garages on West 120th Street between Claremont Avenue and Riverside Drive, on West 122nd Street just east of Broadway, and on West 114th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.
- Traveling by bus?
- Five bus lines (M4, M5, M11, M60, M104) serve the Columbia neighborhood. The M60 bus is a direct link between campus and LaGuardia Airport.
- Traveling by Train?
- One subway line (the #1 local) is the direct train to campus. The Columbia stop is 116th Street. Do not use express trains #2 and #3, which follow a different route and do not stop at Columbia University; if you do, be certain to transfer at 96th Street to the #1 local. The maps page on the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Web site has PDF versions of all Subway and Bus maps.

- Where is Will Call?
- 120th street just east of Broadway. A photo identification is required to claim tickets from will call. Tickets can be picked up on the day of the contest or during normal business hours at the Athletics Ticket Office in the Dodge Fitness Center. Guests who arrange for will call pick-up are strongly encouraged to arrive early to avoid lines and to ensure timely entry into the contest venue.
- What is the recommended pick up and drop off location?
