2022-23 (Senior): Compiled a 17-16 overall record at 141 pounds … Went 5-7 in dual matches with a 3-2 record in Ivy League duals and a 4-4 mark in EIWA duals … Earned two major decision wins and two falls with the fastest coming at 1:51 against West Virginia’s Jeffrey Boyd at the Southeast Open (11/5) … Finished in sixth-place at the EIWA Championships … Earned EIWA All-Academic honors … Named Honorable Mention All-Ivy.
 
2021-22 (Junior): Posted a 20-12 overall record … Went 4-1 in EIWA dual matches and 2-1 in Ivy League duals at 149 pounds … Recorded 10 major decisions … Finished in fifth place at the EIWA Championships.
 
2020-21 (Sophomore): Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20: Did not compete (Greyshirt).

2018-19 (Freshman): Finished with the third-most wins as a freshman on the team, going 16-13 overall ... Was 9-5 in dual matches, 4-5 in EIWA contests and 2-2 against the Ivy League ... Wrestled at 141 pounds throughout the season, recording one win via fall, one win via technical fall and three wins by major decision ... Opened up collegiate account with three straight wins, starting with a 19-1 (TF) against Princeton's Noah Arjam at the Princeton Open (Nov. 4), followed that up with a 6-5 win over Princeton's Pat D'Arcy and a 9-4 win over Army's Austin Harry ... Snagged a trio of wins at the Black Knight Invite (Nov. 18), taking down Tim Kane (Bloomsburg), 14-4, and Matt Swanson (Binghamton), 8-1, in back-to-back bouts, adding a 8-5 win over Anthony Sparacio (Binghamton) at the end of the meet ... Won first two dual matches in back-to-back fashon, taking down VMI's Dominick Gallo, 4-0, on Dec. 8 and on Dec. 10, took down Owen Lamb (Northern Colorado), 10-5 ... Recorded first-career victory via fall, pinning George Mason's Julio Alegria (1:33) in final non-conference dual match (Jan. 10) ... Doubled up on first-career EIWA and Ivy League wins with a 8-0 win over Cornell's (Jan. 19) Noah Baughman ... Added a 6-4 win over Princeton's Marshall Keller (Feb. 10), for second Ivy League win of career ... Finished EIWA regular season with back-to-back wins over Bucknell's (Feb. 23) Noah Levett (5-4) and Bloomsburg's (Feb. 23) Noah Levett (5-4) ... Snagged a win at the EIWA Championships, besting Hofstra's Garrett Lambert, 8-2, on Mar. 8.

Personal: Graduate and former member of the wrestling team at Boonton High School in New Jersey … A four-time first team all-conference honoree … Won county, district, and regional titles before taking fifth at the state tournament in 2017-18 season … Also a state qualifier his junior year … A three-time team captain … Posted a school record 138-19 career record, going 45-2 his senior year … The son of Kim and Dan Fongaro … Plans on studying Economics at Columbia College.
