Columbia University Athletics

Amanda Goodwin was promoted Associate Athletic Director for Ticketing and Marketing in February 2025.
 
In her role, Goodwin oversees all ticketing, marketing, and fan engagement operations while developing and executing plans to provide new fan experiences at home events with a focus new revenue opportunities. She manages operational relationships with cross-campus partners, coordinates the Columbia's Varsity C banquet and oversees the Columbia cheerleaders, dance team and Pep Band.

Additionally, Goodwin continues to serve as a member of Columbia Athletics’ External Operations Team to help set and accomplish external unit goals.

Goodwin has worked for Columbia Athletics since June 2015, starting as the Ticket Operations Coordinator, where her work over the course of those four years led Columbia Athletics to record ticket sales while also serving an integral role in the Lions’ transition to the Paciolan ticketing platform. She was later promoted to Ticket Manager in October 2019 and Director of Ticket Operations in 2022.
 
Prior to her appointment at Columbia, she spent two years as a ticket office assistant at Yale University (2014-15).
 
After graduating from Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor of arts degree in Criminology and a minor in sociology in 2013, Goodwin went on to complete her master’s degree in Management of Sport Industries at the University of New Haven in 2015. In August 2020, she completed a Nonprofit Management master’s degree at Columbia University.
