Director of Cross Country/Track & Field Daniel Ireland has officially announced the addition of Dave Lado to the program's coaching staff in December of 2022. He will be overseeing horizontal jumps and sprints.
Lado comes with over 10 years of experience coaching track & field, including spending the last 12 years as a coach for High Intensity Track LLC in Fairfield, N.J. Additionally, he has spent the last six years as an assistant coach at Ramapo College where he was in charge of hurdles and jumps. Lado also spent time at Don Bosco Prep High School and New York University.
Lado has coached over 100 New Jersey Meet of Champion medalists, including five champions. He oversaw more than 75 New Jersey Section Champions, 10 Connecticut state champions, and seven New York state champions.
