After a three-pointer from sophomore guard Michele Gage, the Crimson went on an 11-2 run to gain a 24-10 lead.
At the end of the half, Cragg led the Lions with six points and junior guard Shasta Henderson had three rebounds. For the Crimson, Moretzsohn had 13 points and Jessica Knox and Christiana Lackner both had three rebounds.
In the second half, the Lions got within 15 points of the lead, but the Crimson held them off, leading by as many as 24 points before the end of the game.
For the Lions, Carfora led the team in scoring with a career-high 16 points, which she scored all in the second half. She went 5-for-8 from the floor, 4-for-6 from three-point range and 2-for-4 from the charity stripe. Gage finished with 15 points and a game-high seven rebounds.
