LAP SWIM
Aerobic conditioning in the water. This course is for swimmers of early intermediate through advanced competitive levels. The student must be able to swim several laps continuously. The goal is to improve stroke techniques and endurance. A portion of the time will be devoted to technique work, but time will be available for basic lap swimming at the individual's own pace and design.
