KARATE
A systematic and scientific approach to karate training. The instructor will incorporate the methods of three karate styles: Okinawan, Shotokan, and Tae Kwon Do. Emphasis is on a non-competitive style of training. Class time will be devoted to basic body conditioning exercises and the techniques of kicking, blocking, and punching. The course objective is to develop a strong mental and physical foundation of karate, while giving the students some indication of their future potential.
