Fitness: Cardio Fitness

CARDIO FITNESS
Emphasis on cardiorespiratory (CR) fitness through running, biking, stepping, rowing and other modes of exercise. The student's CR fitness level will be evaluated; and, based on his/her skill level, the student will develop an individualized program to improve or maintain that level. Students will learn the importance of participating in a lifetime fitness program.
