Fitness: Strength Training

STRENGTH TRAINING
This course introduces the principles of weight training. Students will learn to develop programs designed to improve muscular endurance, strength, and power. Time will be devoted to safety, proper lifting techniques, and the components of a workout. The class will utilize selectorized strength training equipment (primarily Cybex), as well as free weights.
