Why did you want to become a wrestler? My father was both a wrestler and a coach. I first tried wrestling when I was six years old and loved it from day one. I loved the competition, the mental toughness, and the combination of individual and team efforts.

What's the most difficult thing about wrestling? The most difficult thing about wrestling is picking yourself up after a loss and still giving it everything you have the next match. It is the true test of a champion.

Favorite moment as a member of the Columbia wrestling team? My favorite moment as a member of the Columbia wrestling team was defeating the University of Pennsylvania this year.

Why do you like wrestling for Coach Buckley? I enjoy wrestling for Coach Buckley because he wants the best for the team and puts his heart into achieving success on both individual and team levels.

Favorite concert or who you would most want to see in concert... My favorite concert was Of A Revolution (OAR) at PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ on August 11, 2006.

What was your favorite road trip of your college career? The trip to California during winter break.
