Columbia Basketball Podcast: Episode 1

The Columbia University Sports Management program will produce a series of podcasts involving the men's and women's basketball programs this season. The podcasts will be part of the program's podcast series, The CUSP Show.
The CUSP Show lifts the lid on the business of sports, through interviews with the executives, entrepreneurs and personalities who make the industry tick. The show is produced by staff and students of the Columbia University Sports Management program, and hosted by faculty members and sports business grandees Joe Favorito and Tom Richardson.
In the first episode, the coaches talk to Joe and Tom about their stories prior to becoming head coaches at Columbia. They also share their experiences working with the Lions and give some unique insights on how to instill culture in a team.
