CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Members of the Columbia men's tennis team completed a jam-packed weekend action at Virginia's Orange & Blue Classic on Sunday at the Snyder Tennis Center.
 
The three-day event featured players from Virginia, Columbia, Old Dominion and Penn State. The Lions were represented by seniors Adam Ambrozy, Alex Keyser and Jackie Tang, juniors Rian Pandole and Austen Huang, sophomore Ben Gollin and first-years Alex Kotzen and Anand Saluja.
 
Both Pandole and Kotzen went undefeated on the weekend in singles, while Tang and Saluja teamed up to go unbeaten in doubles. Across all flights, the Lions earned two ranked wins in the tournament as Tang defeated Old Dominion's No. 120 Francois Musitelli (1-6, 6-2, 7-5) and Ambrozy took down Virginia's No. 107 Ryan Goetz (7-5, 6-3).
 
In all, the Lions combined to win 15-of-20 singles matches and 6-of-9 doubles matches.
 
A handful of Columbia players will be back in action next month, traveling to Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the 2019 ITA All-American Championships. The event will run Oct. 5-13 at the University of Tulsa's Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
