Lions Compete at Fordham Invite, Prepare for Brown Hidden Duals

Rachele Rimondini wins two singles matches at Fordham Invitational; Lions to play at Brown Hidden Duals this weekend in Providence.
BRONX, N.Y.—Four Columbia women's tennis players competed at the weekend Fordham Women's Tennis Invitational on Saturday and Sunday in New York City.
Sophomore Rachele Rimondini had another standout weekend as she went undefeated in singles and defeated both the No. 1 singles players from Seton Hall and Fordham. She also claimed two of her three matches at the Charlotte Invitational during Columbia's previous competition. Senior Caitie Sullivan, junior Sophie Raiszadeh, and sophomore Tatiana Ziff also competed in the event. Complete results are posted at these two links: DAY ONE RESULTS and DAY TWO RESULTS.
Next up for Columbia is the Brown Hidden Duals Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Providence, R.I. The Lions will play extended dual matches against Harvard on Friday, Brown on Saturday, and Boston College on Sunday. Below is a weekend schedule.
Columbia will complete its fall competition schedule at the University of Miami Hidden Duals on Nov. 5-7.
