Lions prepare for two Ivy road matches
NEW YORK — The No. 5 Columbia women's squash team (5-2, 2-0 Ivy) hits the road to face off against a pair of Ivy League foes this weekend. The Lions first visit No. 1 Harvard (6-0, 3-0 Ivy) on Saturday at 12 noon, followed by a trip to No. 11 Dartmouth (3-4, 0-3 Ivy) on Sunday at 11 a.m.
MATCH COVERAGE
Saturday's and Sunday's matches will be both streamed live. Saturday's match at Harvard will be available on ESPN+ for the national audience, as well as Stretch Internet for any international followers. Sunday's match at Dartmouth is available for viewing on Stretch Internet.

Columbia moved up to No. 5 in this week's College Squash Association Team Rankings after defeating No. 4 Yale, 6-3, last Sunday at the SL Green StreetSquash Center in Harlem. Farida Mohamed, Simmi Chan and Habiba Mohamed pulled off victories in the top three matches, while the Lions also got a huge momentum-shifting victory from No. 5 Erica McGillicuddy at the No. 5. Elizabeth Lentz and Renee Chan added to the win with dual wins in the No. 8 and No. 9 matches. The victory was Columbia's second straight over Yale.
SUCCESS AT THE TOP
Lions competing in the top three of Columbia's lineup are a combined 20-1 this season, including a combined 14-0 in the No. 2 and No. 3 spots. The majority of those victories have come from Farida Mohamed, Habiba Mohamed and Simmi Chan, who are a combined 15-1 in matches this season. The Mohamed sisters have combined to go 11-0 with senior Habiba Mohamed leading the way at 6-0.
SERIES HISTORY
Columbia will be aiming for its first win over Harvard in its 10th try. Meanwhile, the Lions are 6-4 against Dartmouth and have won each of the last six meetings between the two programs.
