PRINCETON, N.J. — With a time of 13:50.13
David Vorbach posted a school record in the 5,000m, becoming both the outdoor and indoor Columbia Track & Field 5,000m record holder on a rainy Saturday, May 14 at the Princeton Elite Invitational at Weaver Field.
Vorbach finished second in the race, breaking Brian Zabilski's record time of 13:53.51 that he set in 2019. Vorbach also owns the indoor record, running 13:47.05 at the 2022 Ivy League Indoor Heps.
In the 200m,
Jahi Hernandez finished first, clocking a time of 21.46. On the women's side,
Sofia Camacho took first in the 10,000m with a time of 34:56.28 and right behind her was
Linnaea Kavulich who finished third with a time of 35:22.18.
