Rowing Teams Compete In Championship Events On Sunday

Lions raced at Lake Quinsigamond
WORCESTER, Mass. — All three Columbia rowing teams were in action Sunday as the No. 20 women's team competed at the Ivy League Championship, while the No. 20 ranked heavyweights and No. 2 lightweights competed at the EARC Championships.
On the women's side, Elisa Luo was named All-Ivy First Team while Sierra Good was named All-Ivy Second Team. Based on the team point totals, the women's team finished sixth in the Ivy League Championship.
The 3rd varsity 8 finished fourth in the Final 1 race while the 2nd varsity 8 boat won the Final 2 over Cornell. The 1st varsity 8 placed sixth in the Final 1 race. The women's varsity 4+ C placed second in the Final 1 race. The varsity 4+ A placed fifth in the Final 1 race while the varsity 4+ B team finished sixth in the Final 1 race.
