Lions seek second straight Dodge Cup win
NEW YORK — Columbia lightweight rowing continues its home racing stretch when it hosts Yale and Penn for the Dodge Cup from Overpeck Park on Saturday morning.
The Lions won last year's Dodge Cup in Derby, Conn. The first varsity eight race included a photo finish that Columbia won by a bow ball. A bow ball is primarily intended for safety on the boat, but is also used in deciding which boat crossed the finish line first in close races.
Race Schedule
9 a.m. - 3V8
9:20 a.m. - 2V8
9:40 a.m. - 1V8 Dodge Cup
10 a.m - 4V8
