Lightweight Rowing Races in Subin Cup at Dartmouth

Lions’ 2V8 and 4V+ boats earn wins

HANOVER, N.H. — Columbia lightweight rowing raced in the Subin Cup at Dartmouth on Sunday.

The 2V8 and 4V+ boats won their respective races over the Big Green, while the 1V8 dropped the Subin Cup for the first time since 2012. In 1987, the Subin Cup was established in honor of D. William Subin, Dartmouth '63, Columbia Law '66. Subin coxed the heavyweight varsity at Dartmouth and coached lightweights while studying law at Columbia.
