Kenny Noland Named Ivy League Player of the Week

Noland scored 24 points last Tuesday at Stony Brook
PRINCETON, N.J. — Columbia men's basketball senior guard Kenny Noland has been named Ivy League Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.
Noland scored 24 points and added a career-high nine assists, along with four rebounds in last Tuesday's game at Stony Brook. The Apex, N.C. native scored eight straight points for Columbia down the stretch as the Lions came back from a 14-point deficit with 2:54 to play to force overtime. Stony Brook eventually came away with the win, 77-73, to snap Columbia's eight-game winning streak. It was Noland's fifth 20-point performance of the season. He was also 9-9 from the free throw line.
Columbia (9-2) heads out west to play California on Sunday at 5 p.m. ET.
