Wrestling Travels to Bucknell to Wrap Up Dual Schedule

Columbia faces Bucknell at 6 p.m. Friday in the final dual of the season
LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Columbia wrestling team will complete the dual portion of its schedule Friday at 6 p.m. on the road at Bucknell.

LAST TIME OUT
Columbia defeated Harvard and Brown in a weekend road sweep last Saturday and Sunday to wrap up the Ivy League dual schedule.
The Lions won eight of 10 bouts to defeat Harvard, 32-8 to kick off the weekend. Sulayman Bah, Lorenzo Frezza, Kai Owen, Cesar Alvan, Jack McGill, Nick Fine, Joe Curtis and Richard Ryu registered wins in the win over Harvard.
Columbia capped off the weekend with a 27-17 team victory over Brown as the Lions secured seven bout victories. Bah, Frezza, Owen, Alvan, McGill and Fine earned wins at Brown to finish the weekend 2-0 in the final Ivy League action before the Ivy League Championships in March.

Bucknell enters Friday's dual with a 5-10 overall dual record this season. The Bison fell to American last Friday in their most recent dual. Kurt Phipps, Noah Mulvaney, Logan Deacetis and Dillon Bechtold posted wins for Bucknell, but American was able to edge the Bison for a 23-18 team victory.
