Miles Franklin Picks Up Ivy League Rookie of the Week Honors

Franklin named ROTW for the fourth time this season
PRINCETON, N.J. — Columbia men's basketball's Miles Franklin was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week, the conference announced Monday afternoon. Franklin picks up the honor for the fourth time this season.
The Vienna, Virginia, native started his 15th consecutive game against Harvard on Saturday. He scored eight points on 4-of-9 shooting to go with four rebounds and a block in 26 minutes of action. Franklin leads all Ivy League first-years, averaging 9.8 points per game on the season.
Columbia is back on the road for Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend. The Lions visit Brown on Saturday at 2 p.m. before heading to Yale on Monday at 2 p.m.
