Won five straight matches to take NYS Championships title at 125 pounds, starting with an 11-2 win over Chris Dean (RIT); a 17-0 win over Marc Traficante (Farmingdale State); 9-3 against Ryan Chauvin (USMAPS) and back-to-back wins via fall to claim the title, pinning Greg Quinn (Niagara CC) at 1:11 and Ithaca's Logan Ninos at 15 seconds in the championship match ... Wrapped up the fall season with three straight wins at the Mat Town Open (Nov. 25), winning 16-0 over Bucknell's Brandon Seidman; 10-2 against Brandon Cray (Maryland) and beating Columbia teammate Spencer Good, 10-3.
