Spring 2012: Defeated Robert Lightbourn from Davidson, 6-1, 6-1, at the Larsen Bowker Invitational (1/21/12) ... Won a pair of doubles matches ... Teamed with Tizian Bucher to down Bishop/Giudici from Marist, 8-3 (2/11/12) ... Topped Skvarka/Heny from FDU with teammate Ian Laster (2/24/12).
Fall 2011: Competed in the Princeton/Farnsworth Invitational and the Columbia Classic.
Spring 2011: Went 4-16 in singles play, including 0-5 in the Ivy League, playing mostly in the No.2 spot … Teamed up with brother, Tizian Bucher, to go 4-10 in doubles in the No.2 spot ... Had singles wins over players from Boston College, George Washington, Army, and Stony Brook … Had doubles wins over teams from Binghamton, Army, Stony Brook and Texas-Arlington.
Fall 2010: Had wins over players from Fairleigh Dickinson and Penn State at the Princeton Invitational … Also competed at the Columbia Classis, ITA Regionals and the USTA Collegiate Invitational.
Spring 2010: Member of the 2010 Ivy League Championship team … Went 7-12 in singles, playing mostly in the No. 4 spot … Went 3-3 in Ivy League singles matches … Had wins over Brown’s Mike Hill, Cornell’s Mirza Klis and Princeton’s Matt Siow … also had wins over opponents from Boston College, George Washington, No. 42 Texas Christian and St. John’s.
Fall 2009: Had a good showing in the D singles bracket at the Princeton/Farnsworth Invitational, beating Cornell’s Charles Quay in the first round, before advancing to upset the No.1 seed, Princeton’s Coleman Crutchfield … Advanced to the ‘B’ bracket finals of the 2009 Columbia Classic, where he fell to the No.1 seed, Matt Siow of Princeton, 6-3, 3-6, 7-6(4).
At Kantonsschule Alpenquai: Played for the Lido Lucerne tennis club in Switzerland … Was the Swiss champion in 2003 … Ranked as high as No. 61 in Switzerland in the N3 division … Helped lead Lido Lucerne to multiple championships on various levels.
