2007-08 Season: Columbia’s first recruited Compound archer put together another solid season ... peaked in the season’s penultimate event, the Eastern Regionals, when she went all the way to the final match ... scored a significant victory in the ERIAC semifinals when she surprised Brittany Lorenti of James Madison, 106-102, avenging a loss in the 2007 ERIAC finals ... that moved her into the gold medal match against another James Madison archer, Jessica Fasula, but she lost to the JMU athlete, 110-107 ... seventh among collegiate competitors at the Indoor Regionals/Nationals with a 1097 ... shot 1174 in difficult conditions at the Arizona Cup qualifying round, good for 19th place ... won gold medals in her first three events of the season, all indoors ? the Eastern Seaboard FITA, the Big Apple FITA (where she shot 276-276-552), and the New York State Indoors, where she had a 548 ... All-East for the third straight season.
2006-07: Came into her own this season, earning All-American and All-East honors ... gold medalist at FITA East with 548 ... finished second behind All-American Brittany Lorenti at the Eastern Regionals ... top collegian in New York State Championships with a 564, and was second-best in all Compound divisions ... reached the round of eight at the Arizona Cup ... sixth in Indoor Nationals with 1108, leading the Lions to bronze medal ... gold medalist in three Mail-In shoots ... staved off elimination twice in USIAC Individuals ? tied Josahana Jaime-Santa Cruz of Texas A&M, 10-4-all, then tied her again in one-arrow shootoff with a perfect 10, before losing second shootoff, 10-8.
