PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Three courts will be available for each team participating in the tournament for a two-hour practice on Thursday, May 1 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Please see the schedule below.
Courts are also reserved for Wednesday, April 30 . If you wish to practice on Wednesday, please contact Keith Kambourian (Tournament Director) at kk3563@columbia.edu or (516) 697-2045.
Practice courts will be available beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 2 and at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 3.

LOCKER ROOMS
A locker room will be assigned to each participating institution and will be located inside the Philip and Cheryl Milstein Family Tennis Center.
HOSPITALITY
Each participating institution will be provided a hospitality package of snacks and fruit for their match. Student-athletes are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles. Water will be available on court for each match.
Coffee will be available for coaches and team personnel on the first floor adjacent to the visiting team room.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
The safety of participants, spectators and championship personnel is of paramount importance. The NCAA Site Representative, Head Referee and the Tournament Director will evaluate the situation and decide if matches should be halted and moved to the indoor facility. Head Coaches will be kept apprised of all weather-related decisions. Please note that once a decision is made to suspend play or move to the indoor courts, the ITA rules governing warmup etc. will be in effect and communicated to both head coaches by the Head Referee.

Photography
All photo requests must be made by the end of the day on Tuesday, April 29th, or we will be unable to accommodate. No exceptions. Photographers must wear their credentials throughout the tournament, and the usage of tripods is prohibited due to safety concerns.
Media/Press Credentials
All press credential requests must be made by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 30th. Any interview requests must first go through the visiting team SID's office, then forwarded to the Columbia office. Press must wear their credentials throughout the tournament.
TV/Video Passes
Similar to photography requests, any video or TV requests must be made by Tuesday, April 29th. Anyone shooting video must be wearing a credential throughout the tournament.

Post-Match Interviews
Any coaches and student-athletes requested by the media will be available for interviews immediately after competition. Post-match interviews will take place on the courts.
ATHLETIC TRAINING/SPORTS MEDICINE
An athletic training area will be located on the first floor of the Milstein Tennis Center. A treatment table and emergency supplies will also be set up courtside for ease of access.
Training Room Hours: The Athletic Training area will be accessible 1 hour prior to practices and 2 hours prior to competition.
If an athletic trainer will not be accompanying your team, please email or call the host athletic trainer Karissa Carty at kac2294@columbia.edu or (973) 207-7508 with instructions for treatment. Please send taping supplies and any emergency information with your team.
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be present throughout the duration of the event. A Columbia Athletics Team Physician will be on call. If you need assistance with an emergency or non-emergency situation, please contact host athletic trainer Karissa Carty at kac2294@columbia.edu or (973) 207-7508. We will be utilizing New York Presbyterian Hospital- Allen Pavilion in the event of an emergency or injury.

Parking is available on a limited basis at the facility. Arrival by vans will ensure your team is able to park directly next to the tennis center. If your team has specific parking needs please contact the tournament director. For fans looking for additional parking. Street parking is available, but we do warn all fans to read street signs prior to parking their vehicle. Additional lots are available nearby, these lots do charge per car.

Team Buses
Buses will be able to drop off passengers inside the Baker Athletics Complex, however parking for the buses is not available on-site. The address for bus drop off is 505 W 218th Street New York,NY 10034. Team buses must park off site. The recommended parking area for team buses is along 9th and 10th Avenues, and all cross streets between those avenues.

From WEST SIDE HIGHWAY/HENRY HUDSON PARKWAY (passenger cars): Exit Dyckman Street, and proceed east to Broadway. Make a left on Broadway and proceed 20 blocks north to 218th Street.
From FDR/HARLEM RIVER DRIVE (passenger cars): Continue north to end of Harlem River Drive. Bear right at light and proceed north on 10th Avenue to 218th Street.
*From MAJOR DEEGAN EXPRESSWAY (I-87) (commercial vehicles/buses): Exit 230th Street. Proceed on 230th Street westbound (from north – make right at light; from south make left at light). Continue on 230th Street to Broadway. Make left on Broadway and proceed 12 blocks south to 218th Street.
From WEST: Take George Washington Bridge and follow signs for Henry Hudson Parkway North or Major Deegan Expressway North (follow directions above).
From NORTH: Take Cross-Westchester Expressway (I-287) or Cross-County Parkway west to Saw Mill River Parkway south. Take the Saw Mill to the Henry Hudson Parkway South or Major Deegan Expressway South (follow directions above).
From NEW ENGLAND: Take Connecticut Turnpike (I-95) to Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95). Exit Cross Bronx to Major Deegan Expressway North or Henry Hudson Parkway North (follow directions above).
From LONG ISLAND: (commercial vehicles/buses) Take Long Island Expressway East to Clearview Expressway North to Throgs Neck Bridge. Bear left after toll for Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95) South (follow directions above).
From LONG ISLAND: (passenger cars) Take Northern State Parkway/Grand Central Parkway East to Robert F. Kennedy Bridge (fka Triboro Bridge). Take FDR/Harlem Drive north to end of Drive (follow directions above).
From SOUTH: Take New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 18 George Washington Bridge (follow directions above).
