2019-20 (Junior): (XC) Clocked a personal best time of 27:47.7 in the 8K to finish 20th at the Stony Brook Wolfie Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 7).

2018-19 (Sophomore): (XC) Ran first career cross country race at the Marist Season Opener (Sept. 1), finishing the 6K with a personal best time of 20:34.7. (Indoor) Finished third in the 3,000-Meter Run (8:48.63), running first career 3,000m race, competing at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener (Dec. 1).

2017-18 (First Year): (Outdoor) Ran season bests of 2:02.19 in the 800m and 4:02.52 in the 1,500m.

Personal: A former track & field and cross country runner at Brien McMahon High School in Connecticut ... Claimed eighth place at the 2017 New England Indoor T&F Championships in the 1,000m, and sixth at the 2016 N.E. Outdoor Championships in the 1,600m ... A conference runner-up in the 1,000m during his senior season ... Posted career bests of 2:32.89 in the 1,000m, 4:16.58 in the 1,600m, and 9:37.17 in the 3,200m ... The son of Alexandra and T.G.
