2024-25 (Freshman): (XC) ran 8K PR of 24:52.4 at Princeton Fall Classic (ITF) ran two lifetime PRs in the mile (4:15.44) and 3K (8:26.20) at Yale Invite with a top 3 finish in the 3K (OTF) ran first collegiate 5k at Sam Howell Invite with time of 14:49.59

Henry Koike-Sieira is a 5'9" distance runner from Brooklyn, New York. He was a 2022 PSAL City Champion in the 3000 Steeplechase, a 2024 PSAL City Champion in the 3200m, came in third place at Feds, and was an All-American 4x in 2023.
