2018-19 (Junior): (XC) Clocked a personal best 19:41.8 in the 5K at the Marist Season Opener (Sept. 1) to finish 15th overall. (Indoor) Locked up a top 15 finish in first career indoor race, running the 3,000-Meter Run in 10:38.22 to finish 11th at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18) meet ... Recorded best career finish in the 3,000m, coming in fifth at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships (Jan. 31-Feb. 1), running the race in a PR time of 10:22.32 ... Wrapped up the indoor season with another top 10 finish, coming in sixth at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 8), running the 3,000m in 10:26.55. (Outdoor) Hit a PR time of 18:26.05 in the 5,000-Meter Run at the 2019 Colonial Relays (Apr. 4-6), finishing fifth for best finish during the outdoor season.

2017-18 (Sophomore): (XC) Ran a personal best 6K in 24:04.5 at the Paul Short Brown (Sept. 29) in first career collegiate race. (Outdoor) Ran season bests of 10:47.35 in the 3,000m, and 18:35.67 in the 5,000m.

Personal: Member of the National Championship cross country teams from 2012-15 at Fayetteville Manlius High School in New York ... Clocked career bests of 4:47 in the 1500m and 10:09 in the 3000m.
