2025-26 (Junior): (XC) Finished 5th overall in the 8k at the Fordham Fiasco … Set a new 8k PR of 25:59.1 at the Metropolitan XC Championships (ITF) Opened the season setting a mile PR of 4:15.99 for a 4th place finish at the TCNJ Indoor Open … Placed 2nd in the 1000m individually and 2nd in the 4x800m relay at Yale v. Dartmouth v. Columbia… Set a new 800m PR of 1:51.60 at Dr.Sander Columbia Challenge … Qualified for the 1000m finals where a new PR was set of 2:24.73, earning a 7th place finish individually and helped the 4x800m team to a 2nd place finish at the Ivy League Heps Indoor Championship (earning All-Ivy Second Team honors) (OTF) Set a new 800m PR of 1:51.20 at the Sam Howell Invitational …At the Ivy Heps Outdoor Track Championships, competed in the 800m and making the 3rd place in the all-time Ivy record book.
2024-25 (Sophomore): (ITF) ran 3K PR of 8:49.43, competed as part of winning 4x8 team with time of 7:45.65 and ran 1K PR of 2:27.64 at DYC tri-meet, ran 1K at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) won 800m race with time of 1:53.07 and Mets, top 2 finish and 800 PR of 1:53.07 at Mark Young, competed in 800m at Ivy Outdoor Championships
2023-24 (Freshman): (XC) Ran 8K PR of 26:25.4 at Mets XC Championship. (ITF) Scored 6th place finish on DMR team at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships. (OTF) Ran 800m PR of 1:54.56 at Sam Howell Invitational.
High School: Won two state titles, one as a junior in outdoor track in the 800 meters, and another in the 1000 meters during indoor track as a senior at Millbrook High School, Winchester Virginia…800m personal best is 1:52.82…1000m personal best is 2:26.76…1600m personal best is 4:17.30. 3200m personal best is 9:27.44…??Honor Roll all four years of high school.
