2019-20 (Junior): (XC) Won third-straight team Ivy League Cross Country Heps (Nov. 1) team title as a member of Columbia's third-straight Heps title team, clocking a time of 23:13.9 (69th) in the 6K at Heps ... Posted best finish of the season with a seventh place time of 21:20.6 in the 6K at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) ... Ran the 6.17K at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (Oct. 19) in 22:17.0 to finish 30th overall. (Indoor) Ran a time of 9:58.39 in the 3,000-Meter Run at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (Jan. 23-25) ... Crossed the line in 10:10.62 in the 3,000m at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 14). (Outdoor) Season canceled.

2018-19 (Sophomore): (XC) Opened campaign with a PR time of 18:15.8 and a 13th place finish in the 5K at the Iona College Paddy Doyle Meet of Champions (Sept. 14), helping Columbia finish second just behind Power Five program Indiana ... Clocked a PR in the 6K (21:09.4) at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (Sept. 28) .. Finished 17th in the 6K with a time of 21:42.8 in Columbia's second place finish at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (Oct. 12) ... Ran the 6K at the Ivy League Cross Country Heps (Oct. 27) in 21:43.1 to help Columbia win its second straight Ivy League title ... Posted a time of 22:50.4 in the 6K at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 9). (Indoor) Crossed the line in fifth place at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18), running the 3,000m in 9:48.42 ... Set a PR in the 3,000m at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 8-9) ... Posted a ninth place finish in the 5,000m (17:01.17) at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24). (Outdoor) Set three PR times over the season ... First PR came at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 29-30) with a 16:48.76 in the 5,000m ... Crossed the line in the One-Mile in a PR time of 5:00.23 for a 12th place finish at the Ocean State Invitational (Apr. 12-13) ...  Posted a ninth place finish and a PR time of 36:16.80 in the 10,000-Meter Race at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 4-5).

2017-18 (First-Year): (XC) Helped the Lions to a team title at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Oct. 27), taking 43rd place on the 6K course finishing in 22:24.4 ... The second Columbia finisher in the 6K at the Princeton XC Invitational (Oct. 14), helping the Lions to the team title when she claimed 19th in 22:06.2 ... Led the Lions to a team title at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 15), claiming fourth place in 18:45 (5K). (Indoor) Finished 13th for best finish of the indoor season, with a 10:00.48 in the 3,000-Meter at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 9) ... Ran the One-Mile in 5:06.56 for a 15th place finish at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 3). (Outdoor) In lone race of the outdoor season, ran the 5,000-Meter in 18:03.70 at the Colonial Relays (Apr. 5-7).

Personal: Ran cross country and track & field at The Lovett School in Atlanta, earning 13 state championships (nine individual, four team) between the two sports ... Earned the Atlanta Journal Constitution XC runner of the Year in 2017 ... Posted career bests of 4:59 in the 1,600m and 10:51 in the 3,200m ... The daughter of Sarah and Joe Tripodi, who played football at Harvard ... Will attend Columbia College.
