2025-26 (Junior): (XC) Set a new 8k PR of 25:57.9 at the Metropolitan XC Championships (ITF) Earned 3rd place finish in the mile at the TCNJ Indoor Open … Placed 4th individually in the 1000m and 2nd with the 4x800m team at Yale v. Dartmouth v. Columbia … Set a new 800m PR of 1:53.98 at Dr.Sander Columbia Challenge … Raced the 1000m at the BU Valentine Invitational … Raced in the 1000m and DMR at the Ivy League Heps Indoor Championship (OTF) Finished 4th overall in the 800m at the Mark Young Invitational.
2024-25 (Sophomore): (ITF) ran 3K PR of 8:38.82 at Rutgers Holiday Classic season opener, won the mile with time of 4:14.13 and competed as part of winning 4x8 team at DYC tri-meet, top 3 finish and 1K PR of 2:23.99 at Penn Classic, new mile PR at BU Valentine Invitational with time of 4:08.68, competed on DMR team and made it to 1K final at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) ran 1500m PR at Raleigh Relays with time of 3:48.82
2023-24 (Freshman): (XC) Ran 8K PR of 25:58.9 at Mets XC Championship. (ITF) Ran 1k PR of 2:26.10 at YDC Challenge, competed on 2nd place DMR team and scored top 3 finish in 1K at Mets Indoor T&F Championships with time of 2:29.37, competed in 1K and 4x8 at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships, went on to run mile PR of 4:14.02 at IC4A/ECAC Indoor T&F Championships. (OTF) Ran 1500m PR of 3:58.25 at Same Howell Invite, ran 800m PR of 1:55.40 at UCONN NE challenge.
Personal: Enrolled in Columbia College…Plans to major in Economics and Finance.
