Columbia University Athletics

Kayleigh joined the Columbia Rowing staff as the Director of Operations in February 2017 after previously spending three and a half years with the heavyweight men at MIT.

In addition to her role at Columbia she is also a Co-President for the Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association, the coaches association for men's collegiate rowing, as well as a member of the CRCA's - the women's coaches association - DEI committee.

A coxswain herself, most of her coaching focuses on the athletes in the ninth seat, which she does via her website "Ready all, row..." and as the Head of Coxswain Education at Northeast Rowing Center.
