Dedicated to student-athlete growth on and off the court, Willrich assists the coaching staff with player development plans and implementation strategies, while aiding players with resume building and summer internship opportunities.
Willrich brings a wealth of prior experience within the program, having previously served as a graduate assistant, assistant recruiting coordinator, and scout team player.
He graduated from Tulane University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in communications and digital media production before earning a master's degree from Columbia’s Sports Management program.
