2023-24 (Senior)
In the season opener against Penn, was part of the winning 200-medley relay team that clocked in with a time of 1:43.52 to earn first, won the 200-back with a time of 1:59.91, and then went on to win the 400-IM with a time of 4:22.67. Against Yale, Aziza won the 200-back once again, clocking in with a time of 2:01.28. Against Harvard, Aziza Ganihanova also earned a win for the third straight meet, winning the 200-free with a time of 1:51.55. In the ECAC Winter Championships, was part of the team that earned a victory in the 200-free relay, clocked in with a time of 1:32.15 to win gold. In the ECAC Winter Championships, won the 500-free with a time of 4:49.77; part of the team earning a program-record breaking win in the 400-medley relay that touched the wall with a time of 3:41.96; first in the 400-IM with a time of 4:20.02; win in the 200-back with a time of 1:57.26. Against Brown, won the 500-free with a time of 4:53.36; second place in the 200-fly with a time of 2:00.59. Against Cornell, won first place in the 400-IM with a time of 4:21.40; won the 200-breast as well with a time of 1:59.40. Against Princeton, she placed second in the 100-fly with a time of 54.81. Against Dartmouth, won the 200-fly with an impressive time of 2:00.18.  In the Ivy League Championships, she was part of the team that earned 6th place in the 800-free relay with a time of 7:17.95; In the 500-free she won a seventh place finish with time of 4:48.81; She won the B-finals of the 200-free, clocking in with a time of 1:48.68; she earned fourth place in the 200-back, finishing with a time of 1:55.94- this time set a new Columbia program record in the event, as well.

2022-23 (Junior)

Program record in the 200-back with an impressive time of 1:56.20 in the Ivy League Championships to finish fourth place the event. Also finished sixth-place in the 400-IM (4:16.25) and 500-free (4:47.74) and seventh-place in the 50-free (22.70). Part of the 800-free relay team that set a new program record of 7:10.44 to finish in third…Won the 500-free and set a new record at the ECAC Winter Championships with at time of 4:47.73. Set a new program record in the 200-back with a first-place finish in an impressive time of 1:57.35, breaking the ECAC record…Won the 1,000-free at Harvard on Nov. 18 with a time of 10:15.12…Won the 200 backstroke at Penn on Nov. 4 with a time of 2:02.48.


2021-22 (Sophomore)
Took third at the 2022 Ivy League Championships with a PR (9:53.92) in the 1000 Free...Placed sixth in the 500 Free at Ivy Championships (PR, 4:48.88)...Placed 8th in the 200 Back at Ivy Championships (1:59.27)...Set ECAC Winter Championship meet record in 500 Free (5:50.71)...Placed first in the 100 Back (55.32) and 200 Back (1:58.23) at ECAC Winter Championships...Won the 50 Back (26.85) in dual meet against Dartmouth...First in 200 Back vs. Cornell (2:01.01)...Placed first in 1000 Free against Yale (10:05.65)...Placed first in 200 Back against Penn (2:00.31) in first collegiate meet.
