2024–25 (Senior Year)
Won bronze in the 100 free at Ivies, setting a program record (48.85) … Also placed eighth in the 50 free (22.88) and 200 free (1:48.47) … Anchored the record-breaking 400 free relay at Ivies (3:20.09) and helped win the 200 free relay at Dartmouth (1:33.28) … Set two pool records at Dartmouth in the 50 free (22.69) and 100 free (49.78) … Broke two more pool records against Brown in the 50 (22.83) and 100 free (49.60) … Won three events at Cornell, including a pool record in the 100 free (49.51), plus wins in the 50 (22.81) and 200 free (1:49.33) … Took second in the 50 free (22.63) at Princeton … Won the 50 free (23.17) and 100 free (50.22) at Harvard … Won the 200 free (1:50.85) and 100 free (50.05) against Yale … Swept the sprints against Penn with wins in the 50 (22.98) and 100 free (49.69), breaking the Uris pool record in the 100 and leading the Ivy League.
2023-24 (Senior)
In the season opener against Penn, was part of the winning 200-medley relay team that clocked in with a time of 1:43.52 to earn first, winning the 50-free and 100-free, with times of 23:31 and 50.79 respectively. Against Yale, Emily won both the 50-free and 100-free with times of 23.54 and 50.82 respectively. Against Harvard, Emily MacDonald continued to dominate sprints, winning both the 50-free and 100-free with times of 23.71 and 51.40, respectively. In the ECAC Winter Championships, was part of the team that earned a victory in the 200-free relay clocked in with a time of 1:32.15 to win gold; won in the 50-free clocking in with a time of 22.92; part of the team earning a program-record breaking win in the 400-medley relay that touched the wall with a time of 3:41.96; part of the team that won the 200-medley relay with a time of 1:42.94; first in the 100-free with a time of 49.87; part of the team winning the 400-free relay with a time of 3:23.33. Against Dartmouth, part of the team winning the 200-medley relay with a time of 1:41.74 to take first place; won the 200-free with a time of 1:50.80; won the 200-free later in the day with a time of 50.28; part of the team to win first in the 200-free relay.

2022-23 (Junior)
Part of the 200-free relay squad that set a program record in the 200-free relay with a time of 1:30.91 to receive the bronze medal. Also part of the 400-free relay team that set a program record with a time of 3:30.28 to finish fifth place at the Ivy League Championships. Individually had a fourth-place finish in the 100-free. Part of the 800-free relay team that set a new program record of 7:10.44 to finish in third…Part of a team that set a pool record in the 200-medley relay at Cornell on Jan. 15 with a time of 1:42.39…Part of a team that won the 200-medley relay at Brown on Jan. 13 with a time of 1:41.17. Individually, won the 50-free and 100-free with times of 23.01 and 50.25, respectively…Shattered the school record in the 50-free to take first place at the ECAC Winter Championships with a time of 22.66, setting the ECAC record. Also won the 100-fly with a time of 54.99 and dominated the 100-free, taking first with a time of 49.56…had strong performances in the 50 (23.66) and 100 freestyle (50.93), gaining second place in both races at Harvard on Nov. 18…Part of 200-medley relay team that came in first at Penn on Nov. 4 with a time of 1:44.79…Won the 50-yard freestyle at Penn on Nov. 4 with a time of 23.51.
2021-22 (Sophomore)
Placed 13th at the 2022 Ivy League Championships in both the 500 Free (23.39) and 100 Free (50.43)...Contributed to a meet-record victory in the 200 free relay at the 2021 ECAC Winter Championships (1:33.69)...Won the 100 Free in dual meet against Dartmouth (51.35).
2020-21 (First-Year)
