NEW YORK - Don Hansen's National Weekly Football Gazette has named junior free safety Tad Crawford third-team All-Northeast Region.

Crawford led the Ivy League in tackles and finished ninth in Division I-AA with 11.1 tackles per game this fall. He earned second-team All-Ivy honors in November. His 111 tackles were the most by a Columbia player since Paul Roland '99 had 119 in 1997.

Crawford, who hails from Burlington, Ontario, also had two interceptions, two fumble recoveries, five passes broken up and a blocked kick in 2005.
