NEW YORK – Columbia is back in action this Saturday, Oct. 31 when the Lions will host Yale in a game that will be televised live on the YES Network. Both teams enter the game with 1-2 records in the Ivy League.

Today's game is the 86th all-time meeting between the two teams in a series that began in 1872. Yale has won the last seven games dating back to 2002, including a 27-12 win at the Yale Bowl in 2008.

MAKING HALLOWEEN HAPPY
Columbia will look to turn around its Halloween fortune. The Lions have not played on October 31 since 1998, a 20-0 loss to Princeton at home.
LAST TIME OUT FOR COLUMBIA
Dartmouth compiled 272 rushing yards en route to a 28-6 win over Columbia in Hanover, N.H. Ray Rangel had 81 yards rushing, while Austin Knowlin had five catches for 40 yards. Adam Mehrer led all players with 16 tackles.
LAST TIME OUT FOR YALE
Yale lost a defensive battle at Penn, 9-0. Yale's span of 94:01 minutes without allowing a point, dating back to the third quarter of the win over Dartmouth two weeks prior, was snapped by Penn's Andrew Samson's 35-yard, first-quarter field goal.
MOVIN' ON UP
At Lafayette on October 10, Austin Knowlin set the all-time record for career receptions, surpassing a 25-year record held by Don Lewis '84. The senior wideout needs 95 yards to set the all-time record, currently held by Bill Reggio '84 with 2,384 yards in his great career.
