
Hale Earns All-American Honors in Track & Field

NEW YORK – Sophomore Sharay Hale earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-America honors for her performance at the 2010 NCAA National Championship.
Hale earned the honor as she was one of the top eight finishers in the 400m dash who hold US citizenship. Hale finished the season with the sixth fastest 400m time in the nation, advancing to the semifinals of the NCAA National Championships. A few weeks later, Hale advanced to the semifinals of the 400m dash at the USA Track & Field National Championships, where she competed against some of the top professional runners in the country.
A total of 428 student-athletes received USTFCCCA All-America honors in Division I. A complete list is available here.
