
Football Hosts Photo Day

NEW YORK—The Columbia Football team hosted its annual photo day session on Saturday morning at Robert K. Kraft Field. Dressed in black jerseys and white pants, the Lions gathered for individual headshots, a full team photo, along with group, positional and geographic photos.
Columbia followed its annual photo day session with group and position meetings. Columbia will practice today from 4-6 p.m. at Robert K. Kraft Field.
On Friday, Columbia registered a 26-10 win over NCAA Division III Montclair State at Robert K. Kraft Field. Nearly 100 players saw action in the scrimmage that saw the Lions claim a 24-3 halftime lead.
Two weeks and at least 11 more practices remain before Columbia opens its season by hosting Wagner on Saturday, Sept. 16 at Robert K. Kraft Field. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. The first day of classes at Columbia begin on Tuesday, Sept. 4. Game week practices begin on September 11.
