Columbia Athletics to Host Basketball Fireside Chat

Annual event will take place on Tuesday, January 15 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Arts & Crafts Beer Parlor in Morningside Heights; Tickets now on sale!
NEW YORK—Columbia Athletics will host its annual Fireside Chat Event with basketball coaches Jim Engles and Megan Griffith on Tuesday, January 15 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Arts & Crafts Beer Parlor in Morningside Heights. The event gives fans full access to both coaches before both Lions squads begin Ivy League play a few days later on Saturday, January 19 at Cornell (women at 1 p.m. and men at 4 p.m.).
The Fireside Chat will include a Q&A session featuring anonymous questions from the audience for both Engles and Griffith, along with social. Columbia Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Peter Pilling will begin the evening with a quick welcome and introduction and Columbia basketball play-by-play voice Lance Medow will serve as emcee for the second consecutive year.
Registration for guests is only $25 and includes hor d'oeuvres, a sweet treats station and two premium drink tickets including a special Roar'ees Roaring Adult beverage. Tickets for the Fireside Chat can be purchased through the Columbia Athletics Ticket Office at this link or by calling 888-LIONS-11.
