The Lions return to the road when they take on Dartmouth in Hanover, N.H., for a three-game Ivy League series. The series begins with a single game Friday followed by a doubleheader on Saturday. Columbia enters this weekend with an overall record of 10-16 and is 2-4 in the Ivy League after suffering a series sweep at the hands of Princeton. The Lions got a trio of strong pitching performances from Mads Lawson and Lily McCord. Lawson's start against the Tigers in game one on Sunday was one of the ages. She struck out 11 in the losing effort, and she is the first pitcher to strike out 10 or more since 2022. Saturday will be the 58th all-time meeting between the Lions and the Big Green. Dartmouth leads the series 31-26, dating back to April 2, 2000. At Dartmouth, the Lions are 8-20 all-time.
