NEW YORK—Senior Nancy Xu earned Second Team All-Ivy League honors for the second time in her career as the conference released its 2018 women's golf awards on Wednesday. The awards were voted upon by the league's seven coaches.
In this past weekend's Ivy League Championship, Xu finished tied for seventh place with a combined 11-over-par 79-73-75-227. In Sunday's final round, Xu shot a 75, firing one birdie and 13 pars. She carded a 73 on Saturday after finishing with three birdies and 11 pars. For the weekend, Xu ranked sixth among the field in both pars (34) and birdies (6) and fourth in the field in par-4 scoring (+3, 4.10) and par-3 scoring (+1, 3.08).
Xu closes out her career as a two-time Second Team All-Ivy League honoree. In the 2015 Ivy League Championship, Xu also earned Second Team All-Ivy League honors after tying for 12th place.
This year, Columbia finished in fourth place as a team at the Ivy League Championship.
